I have asked two of my college friends to blog about their weekend in Vegas in two weeks. Their “handle” is “2FortySomethingChicksinVegas”.
The rest of us college friends will live the trip vicariously and then remember all of the events as if we were there. That’s how we all live such rich, varied lives — we have each other’s memories.
So, when the entries get a little racy and drunken-sounding, those are my beloved friends slurgging — blogging while drinking.
I can’t wait. And, I’m afraid. Very afraid.

Wish you were going, too, Lisa. And LN. I am very excited to be able to spend the time w/our other souer in two weeks. But in anticipation, let us remember one anecdote from our last trip to Las Vegas, almost 2 years ago when 4 of us met there… My (MBA) students knew I was going to meet college friends in Las Vegas for a weekend, and when we met again, one of them — a guy who I knew spent many a weekend in Las Vegas having fun — was very interested to know what I did, where we went, etc. I looked at him and said, “Well, I think our weekend was different than the weekends you spend there. We had a wonderful time — and one night, we were up until ELEVEN THIRTY!!!!” 🙂
